As an arm amputee, elastic laces are a godsend. I bought a pair for my formal Loake shoes and a pair for my suede chukka boots. Both are the perfect length and look just like normal laces.

I walked around a local shopping centre where the only shoe laces on sale were far too long, so an online option was necessary. My broken laces were 84cm long, so I knew these would be fine although the advert suggested they were intended for shoes with more than the 3 pairs of eyelets of my skechers. My skechers have the eyelets spaced widely apart so need the length.
